Academic Support – assistance with assignments, projects, studying, test preparation, and managing day-to-day academic responsibilities.
Study Skills – developing effective strategies for note-taking, studying, preparing for tests, and retaining information.
Organization & Time Management – creating practical systems for managing assignments, schedules, materials, deadlines, and long-term projects.
Learning Strategies – identifying how a student learns best and developing strategies that build on their strengths while addressing areas of difficulty.

Each session is individualized based on your child’s current academic needs, learning style, and goals: review upcoming assignments, organize schoolwork, plan for tests or long-term projects, work through challenging academic material, and develop strategies for managing time, attention, organization, and task completion.
Rather than simply helping your child “get their homework done,” Jenni uses their real schoolwork as an opportunity to teach stronger learning and executive functioning skills. This might include breaking a large assignment into manageable steps, creating a study plan, developing an organizational system, learning how to prioritize tasks, or practicing strategies for staying focused and getting started.
Over time, the goal is to gradually shift responsibility to the student so they become more confident, independent, and better equipped to manage their academic responsibilities on their own.
